We understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary, and we are happy to accommodate them under the following conditions. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or send a replacement.

2. Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy
To avoid shipping issues, please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for resending the package.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products securely to prevent damage during transit. However, if your Cat Paw Chopsticks arrive damaged, please follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Contact our customer support at meowgicchopsticks@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage.
- Our team will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or partial refund is applicable.
- If approved, we will cover the cost of a replacement item, but return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
4. Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by the destination country. Please note:
- These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Cat Paw Chopsticks does not cover customs fees.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot offer a refund for the order.
